Our candles are handmade and made to order that's why our processing time is 6-8 days..
During the holiday season, we prioritize fairness by processing and shipping orders based on when they were placed, ensuring those who ordered early receive their items first.
We’re currently fulfilling a high volume of orders that were placed before yours, so if you need your candles by a specific date, If you need your order sooner, we offer a rush shipping option . • Be sure to burn your candle no more than 2-3 hours at one time.
• Between the burn make sure to trim you wick to prevent smoke, soot and mushrooming of the wick.
• We recommend keeping a plate underneath the scluptured candle to prevent wax from coming in contact with surface.
• For sculptured candle that are irregular in shape we do not guarantee that it will be completely melted.
